協力覚書(仮訳)–協力の範囲 (4) (a) : 受入機関と特定技能外国人との間で結ばれた雇用契約及び受入機関により作成された在留資格「特定技能1号」を有する外国人に対する支援計画が、出入国に関する法令で規定された基準に適合するかどうかを適正に審査すること(特定技能外国人の雇用契約におる、特定技能労働者に対して日本人と同等又はそれ以上の賃金が支払われるとの基準及び在留資格「特定技能1号」を有する外国人に対る支援計画における、受入機関が転職を支援するとの基準を含む。)並びに雇用契約の内容の誠実な遵守を確保すること。 - All Direct Employers and Dispatch Companies (Accepting Organization) should have an accreditation with POLO/POEA under SSW Program. – DOLE Department Order No. 201 and 201-A series of 2019 on the Verification Guidelines on the Deployment of Workers to Japan under the Residence Status of Specified Skilled Workers (SSW)
